The Halle Building Group is in business in the Triangle. The Halle Building Group is led by Mr. Warren Halle and local North Carolina developer Mike Howington. Warren Halle has been a major partner in the development and revitalization of Downtown Apex, including the restoration of the original town hall into the new cultural arts center that now bears his name.

The Seaboard Collection from Halle Building Group will feature single family homes from the low $200’s. Three model homes are presently under construction in the Windrose section of the community. All Halle built homes have as standard features what most builders consider upgrades. This includes granite countertops, hardwoods, tile baths, Ultracraft cabinets, two piece crown, wainscoting and trey ceilings.
