Rex Vick, Jr., President: His personal integrity, dedication to customer satisfaction and financial acumen has ensured a strong reputation for the company. He is a North Carolina native and UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School graduate. He has an extensive financial network and brings an intimate knowledge of the home building industry to Sage Built. Sage Built's team brings over 40 years of homebuilding experience to its homebuyers. In the impersonal business of home building, he has made it a priority to develop working relationships with his customers. In addition to his current ownership role in Windjam Development Group, Windjam Development Group, which develops some of the premier communities in central North Carolina, he has served in executive management positions with several national banks and has also founded a regional mortgage lending company. His financial leadership allows for the effective management of client assets throughout the project.

Harry Krohn, Vice President: Harry's work experience and background in the building business is generational, having grown up mentoring with his tathers' masonry and home building companies. Their focus was primarily luxury homes and upscale commercial projects, giving him the opportunity to develop his ability to build and create some very unique projects. Working with and understanding the climates and building requirements of the extreme cold conditions of Minnesota, the hot, dry climates of the Arizona desert and finally the combined seasons and humidity of North Carolina, Harry learned and implemented the principals and basis of energy efficiency. These principals of energy efficiency and building sciences have been integrated as everyday business at Sage Built, long before the current direction of green building that is being emphasized today.
