Halle Building Group and ExperienceOne Homes Join Team
(Raleigh, NC) – – Mike Howington, President of Apex First Development, has announced that two new builders have joined the team at The Villages of Apex.
The Halle Building Group, a prominent residential and commercial builder out of Northern Virginia, is bringing their expertise to the Triangle market. Mr. Warren Halle, owner of The Halle Companies, has been instrumental in the development and revitalization of downtown Apex, as well as The Villages of Apex. The Halle Building Group will build The Seaboard Collection of single family ranch and two story homes in Windrose at The Villages of Apex. Priced from the mid $200s, these homes will range in size from 1700 to 2700 square feet. Construction is now complete on three decorated models from The Halle Building Group.
ExperienceOne Homes, headed by local builder/developer team Lanny Caldwell and David Schmidt, will be bringing exciting new house designs into The Villages of Apex. This successful team has been building homes for over 25 years in some of the most successful communities in the Triangle, including Preston and Kitts Creek. Their new Charleston Collection will feature single family, Charleston style homes starting in the low $200s. These feature-rich homes will range in size from 1892 to 2198 square feet.
“We are excited that two building companies of this caliber have joined our builder team,†said Howington. “Their commitments to quality and customer service are a perfect match for The Villages of Apex.â€
Named 2008 Community of the Year by the NC Homebuilders Association, this extraordinary community is located in the heart of historic downtown Apex. Upon its completion, The Villages of Apex will include a total of 1300 residences with a blend of product types including luxury urban condominiums, townhomes, single family homes, patio homes, Georgetownes, Brownstones and Carriage Homes. Prices range from the $200s to the $800s. The neighborhoods are being built around a village center featuring specialty shops, quaint cafes and upscale restaurants. Community amenities will include a resort-style amenities center, a 13-acre park, a two-acre dog park, plus miles of greenways and paved walking trails woven through the various neighborhoods. Other features include a private elementary school, Thales Academy, and neighborhood athletic fields. Class-A office space is also available. The Villages of Apex neighborhood is being designed to have the same look and feel as the Apex historic district.
I am sorry to bug you about the future retail/condo (flats) development; however, I am extremely interested in this type of construction, (even though I realize this may be a few years away). Thank you, Monica Moczek
Thanks for your interest, Monica! We’ll have a Builder Representative get in touch with you.
